Inspiration

Mijo was inspired by my outrage at human trafficking and the exploitation of children. Learning the statistics of trafficking in South Florida compelled me to create a story confronting that reality. The comic offers a path toward hope and action, and closes with resources for anyone affected, directing them to support centers in South Florida.
